About Vincent Acquaah
Rev. Vincent Acquaah
Minister, marriage counselor and teacher on family life, based in Kumasi. He helps people build homes on the Bible, with steps they can follow at home.
His story
Why he does this work
Rev. Acquaah has sat with couples on the edge of divorce, parents who no longer recognise their children, and young people afraid of repeating their parents' mistakes.
What he noticed early on is that most of them already loved each other. They lacked the tools to live that love out when money was short, the children were loud and the in-laws had opinions.
His counseling joins two things that are often kept apart: what the Bible teaches about marriage and family, and the daily skills of listening, deciding, budgeting and forgiving. Clients get both.
He is a regular speaker at family conferences and church seminars in Kumasi, teaching on subjects like the family as God's first place of stewardship.
